Participated  in the 11th South Asian Telecommunications Regulator’s  Council(SATRC) Meeting organized by Asia Pacific Telecommunity  and hosted by the Telecommunications  Regulatory Commission of Srilanka, 22-23-26 November 2009, Hotel Cinnamon  Lakeside, Colombo Srilanka. As the Working Group Chair, I presented the Working  Group Report on IP Based Network and services for the adoption by the SATRC  meeting. The report was adopted by the council meeting.
