Participated  as the panellist for the discussion on Removing Tariff Barriers in SAARC in the  SAARC Telecommunications Advisory Council ( STAC) meeting and also moderated a  brainstorming session and  made a  presentation of findings from the discussion on the  Brainstorming Session  on  "One Regulator-in  Telecommunications Sector :  The need and feasibility” in the 9th  CEO Conclave  organized by Cyber Media,  India, 29-31 October,2009, Dhaka Bangladesh.
 
29. Participated  in the 11th South Asian Telecommunications Regulator’s  Council(SATRC) Meeting organized by Asia Pacific Telecommunity  and hosted by the Telecommunications  Regulatory Commission of Srilanka, 22-23-26 November 2009, Hotel Cinnamon  Lakeside, Colombo Srilanka. As the Working Group Chair, I presented the Working  Group Report on IP Based Network and services for the adoption by the SATRC  meeting. The report was adopted by the council meeting.
