Bio
Dr. Chen currently is the Engineering Deputy Director of Industrial Technology  Research Institute (ITRI). Dr. Chen obtained her Ph.D. Degree from University of Michigan in The United States. She has  ever since her graduation worked with ITRI. She led several  research projects in Digital TV and  Convergence Ssytem, and was ITRI’s representative to international standard  bodies such as ATSC, DVB, DAB, and WiMAX Forum. In 2007 she helped setup  M-Taiwan Wimax Applications Lab (MTWAL) in ITRI,  which is the first application lab endorsed  by WiMAX Forum. In 2008 she was in charge of Application Lab Task Group in  WiMAX Forum and, with other members, established the groundwork for WiMAX Forum  Applications Labs.
