I have over 7 years  experience in the fixed network field, specifically for the access network,  including ADSL, HDSL, SHDSL and some advanced wireless technologies, like LMDS,  Wireless Local Loop, WLAN network at that time. For the past 4 years, I have  been working in Wi-Fi and WiMAX testing filed and successfully helped BV ADT to  establish a WiMAX Forum Designated Laboratory (WFDCL), so I am familiar with  conformance/interoperability testing, laboratory operations and WiMAX Forum certification  system. In addition, I have been accredited as the WCB (WiMAX Certification  Body) by WiMAX Forum in 2008.
