Terms & Conditions of Free Prize Draw

• 1.The closing date for entry into the free prize draws is 13th April 2010
• 2.Entry into the competition is free to all registering for an exhibition pass at WiMAX Forum Congress Asia 2010
• 3.Only one entry per person
• 4.Entries by third parties will not be accepted
• 5.Employees of Informa Telecoms & Media, printers, typesetters and their agents and families are not allowed to enter this competition
• 6.Informa Telecoms & Media reserves the right to stop the competition at any time or change the conditions. All entries will be deemed to have agreed to these rules and conditions
• 7.Informa Telecoms & Media is not responsible for any lost, damaged or incomplete entries
• 8.In all disputes, the editor's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
• 9.The free price draw will be made by an independent person and the winner announced at the show and notified after the show.
• 10.If the winner of the prize draw cannot be traced after reasonable efforts have been made, Informa Telecoms & Media will be entitled to dispose of the prize as they think fit without liability to the winner for having done so 
• 11.The personal Information provided by you will be held on a database and may be shared with Informa companies in the UK and Internationally.
