Our Certified Training is designed to bring a wide range of high-quality WiMAX™ education programs to WiMAX Forum members and to the entire WiMAX ecosystem. Enhance your career by gaining professional skills and certifications through our training program.

This 3-day advanced course and certification is designed for engineers and technical staff who are knowledgeable and have some exposure to the WiMAX technology. Engineers and technical staff who are planning a WiMAX deployment, or expanding & optimizing and existing network will acquire enhanced skills to complete these tasks.
The boot camp covers all of the necessary topics and steps to prepare students to take the WiMAX Forum Network Designer certification exam. The course consists of three main parts: Detailed Technology Overview, Master Design Plan and The 50 Steps Design Process."

Mobile WiMAX™ Certification Testing
13 April, Taipei (At WiMAX Congress Asia)
This one-day course covers the WiMAX Forum certification process with a focus reviewing the Certification Program Reference Manual (CPRM); MAC and PHY layer characteristics from the IEEE 802.16e-2005 standard; and certification requirements and Test Specifications documents. Additionally, students will learn about the test setup, testing procedures, and relevant test cases analysis of Protocol Conformance Testing (PCT); Radio Conformance Testing (RCT); and Interoperability Testing (IOT).

WiMAX™ Worldwide Compliance Services
14 April, Taipei (At WiMAX Congress Asia)
This one-day course provides an overview of the WiMAX Forum’s Regulatory Working Group (RWG) objectives and activities. Additionally, the course covers the primary regulatory issues for WiMAX and discusses the different types of approval processes. It provides in-depth content on country-specific requirements including the existing approval process; the allocated frequency spectrum for WiMAX with discussion on the current situation and expected changes; test requirements; and a full review of licensing information.
